Lisa Weinshenker is an FNP as well as an Family Practice Nurse Practitioner and Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). She completed her Lactation Consultant Certificate Program at UCSD Extension program in 2011 under the guidance and direction of Gini Baker, RN, MPH, IBCLC. In 2012, Lisa opened her private lactation practice built on private consultation and sisterhood support both in person and online and supported the Las Vegas valley as well as members throughout the world. While the business closed from 2021 until early 2024, Lisa is now back working as a lactation consultant in the local Las Vegas/Henderson area and so excited to be helping families one on one again!

Prior to becoming an IBCLC, Lisa Weinshenker was a performing musician locally as well as in the Air Force Band program. Lisa Weinshenker holds a BA, from Bates College, a Masters in Oboe Performance, from the University of New Mexico, a BSN from Nevada State College, Lactation Certificate from UCSD, and a MSN from Purdue Global, and is certified as a nurse practitioner through AANC .
